Starlight Inception brings Space Combat to the Playstation®Vita and Steam®
Austin, Texas based developer Escape Hatch Entertainment, LLC announced today that Starlight Inception, will soon be available for purchase on the PlayStation®Vita computer entertainment system through the Sony PlayStation®Store as well as transitioning to a full release on Steam®.
Starlight Inception will be a digital download available in English, as well as subtitled versions in French, Italian, German, Russian and Spanish. The PlayStation®Vita release is set to launch on April 22nd in Sony North America territories and on April 23rd in Sony European territories.
Starlight Inception is already available via Early Access on Steam®, but April 22nd will see a full release version.
Starlight Inception, set “one hundred years from tomorrow,” is the chronicle of World War IV, a savage conflict fought in orbit and over the surface of the planets and moons of our Star System. Starlight Inception features two single player campaigns as well as a robust multiplayer mode. The PC version includes a local multiplayer option for up to four players in split screen.
Starlight Inception is the first game of its kind on the PlayStation®Vita computer entertainment system. The beta, released last year, generated a great buzz amongst Vita fans. A Starlight fan had this to say about the upcoming release: “Congratulations!! Keep up the hard work!! You started off with a great idea and you have what it takes to keep your younger fans energized. BINGO! Best of luck to some very talented trail blazers.”
Starlight Inception has received an ESRB rating of “T for Teen” for violence and language and has a PEGI rating of 13+ for bad language and online gameplay.
